The venue has Dorms (BYO pillow and blankets) and plenty of space to pitch your tent,
hot Showers, a large dining area with all the eating equipment and a small hall we use for the pagan marketplace

Price for the weekend is: Adults $80, Kids $55,
this price includes accommodation and dinner on Friday thru Sunday nights

Thursday night is an extra $20 for dinner and accommodation.
Other meals are available to purchase or you can bring your own.
We do supply free tea, coffee, sugar & milk

Events on the weekend !

Community Dinners: I believe that sitting down and eating dinner together helps to build our sense of community so I always like to make a Community Dinner a part of my events, I also encourage you to sit with somebody you don't yet know.

Round Table Discussion: We have a quick run around the circle and give everybody a chance to tell us about what relevant things (moots, coffee groups, Drum circles etc) are happening in your neck of the woods.

Teddy Bears Picnic: we are again holding a Pagan Teddy Bears Picnic

Children's Ritual: Time to be confirmed

Current schedule - this may change with more Workshops to come
Note: all stated times are based on PST "Pagan Standard Time"
(most of us don't have a watch) and hence are only approximate, we also welcome any thoughts you may have on things we could do during the festival.

 Thursday (this is an optional extra day)
Arrive anytime from 3pm
- Transform yourself from your default world thinking
- Setup your encampment
- Catch up with old friends and start making new ones
- dinner from 6pm, some people will be arriving late
- Informal night of chatting/networking/drumming/chanting/whatever else etc

Friday (the official start of the festival)
Not sure yet what we will get up to, please give us your ideas
2pm Opening Ceremony (by now most of you should be here)

Saturday
Day visitors are welcome, $5 per adult
Sunrise Elemental Thank you Ritual
10am to 4pm The Pagan Marketplace will be running
Workshops during the day

7.30pm Ritual
8.30pm Community Concert for all those who wish to take part

Pagan Market place

Only stall holders who are compatible with our community will be there, they include:

Pebbles & potions - purveyors of new age and pagan stuff including books, cards, crystals, drums, dragons, feng shui, fire stuff, giftware, herbs, incense, jewellery, oil vaporizers, pagan supplies, salt lamps, tarot & bags.

Kerry's Coffee Pot - real coffee, hot chocolate etc

The Magickial Kitcken - simple breakfast and lunch meals

Organic Goddess & Massages - Tanya

Jorden will have some lovely new items for sale

Maree & Shane our resident tattoo artists will be there

In addition to the manifestation and law of attraction workshop, if anyone wanted to get together before this to do a short ritual around clearing negative energies and thought patterns in order to open the mind and make it more receptive to the new ideals we want to foster. I guess we could call it the Forgive...and live, Let go...and grow, Release.....and be at peace ritual.....but that mite be a bit longwinded
